My Hometown, 2019, Photograph For my Fulbright Fellowship, I lived in a small, rural town. At first it was daunting to live in a town with such a small population and few people that spoke English. However, I met so many amazing people and immersed myself into the language and culture. I consider this place a second home.

Dinner, 2017, Photograph I met a family who had fled Greece and sought asylum in Greece. They welcomed me into their home. They generously prepared a large meal for me. Sitting on the floor to eat dinner was something I had never experienced. I was honored to learn about their food and culture.
